Recipe: One-Pan Orzo al Vodka Sauce

Recipe: One-Pan Orzo al Vodka Sauce with Chicken Cutlets
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:
1. Sauté Garlic In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the Orzo and continue to sauté 2 mins. Then add the tomato paste and sauté an additional minute.
3. Add chicken broth to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Plate the orzo and top with sliced chicken cutlets, fresh basil, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
