Recipe: Stuffed Chicken Breast

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring juicy chicken breast stuffed with tomato, spinach, and mozzarella cheese, served on a bed of Parmesan orzo with roasted tomatoes. Perfect for a gourmet dinner at home!

Ingredients:
- LaBelle Patrimoine chicken breasts
- Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cream
- Spinach
- Mozzarella cheese
- Orzo pasta
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the tomato, spinach, and cheese mixture.
3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
4. Heat some olive oil in a stainless steel pan over medium-high heat.
5. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts in the preheated pan until golden brown on both sides.
6. Place the same pan with the seared chicken breasts into the preheated oven.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Cook orzo according to package instructions.
9. Mix cooked orzo with grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of cream.
10. Serve stuffed chicken breast on top of the Parmesan orzo and enjoy!
